Avoid “All State to State Transport” and choose one of the million other Transport Brokers out there. Signed on the bottom line with them and they confirmed a date for pickup. No driver arrived. They confirmed another date – no driver arrived. We did this 4x and I pulled the plug on the order. Meanwhile I find out later that they had no driver secured and that was the reason no driver ever arrived. They had my job posted on central dispatch for a price I wasn’t willing to pay in the first place and when I told them I was going with another company and to remove my Transport request from dispatch they simply wouldn’t – even when asked multiple times. Poor and misleading communications, no follow through and no regard for customer service requests make this a Broker you should steer well clear of. Matthew Wall (if that’s even his real name) was my representative.
