After trying to deal with some other brokers and getting treated horribly I was contacted by ASC because they noticed another broker had listed my transport at a really low number which meant it essentially would never be picked up.
They talked to me about how the business works and gave me a reasonable number to have my car picked up. They assured me they would find a driver and would not charge me until they had dispatched one. A few hours later, I got the drivers information. A week later the driver showed up on time and was highly professional. As a single mom, I could have been sol if I went with a shady broker , or even worse I would have to miss my flight out the following day and lose a lot if money . Their proffesionalism and positive attitude really set the standard for their industry and I appreciate that there are some people who stand behind their word.
