First I should start of by saying I did not use all state carriers to ship my vehicle. I decided to go with a cheaper company. Which in the end may or may not have been a great idea. The customer service that all state carries provided was indeed excellent they made me feel comfortable and they were very knowledgeable. Any questions or concerns that I had they answered in detail and i did not feel at all that i was being swindled in anyway. But due to the economy sometimes you have to go with what you can afford.
