I just wanted to take a quick few minutes to thank everyone who played a part in delivering our vehicle Saturday, we are very grateful US Cargo was able to do this for us regardless of the ‘few’ bumps along the way. If I could make a simple suggestion for future, I would say ‘communication’ is the most important in these type of situations so just picking up the phone and calling a customer to let them know there is a change of plans, etc. goes a long way, I would suggest not leaving voice messages or text messages when there is a delay or change in plans, sometimes those get lost in space. Otherwise, I would rate your service with 5 stars +. Working with Alice has been great along with Maggie, they were both very professional, remained calm and I know they tried their best to avoid the few bumps we experienced. I would definitely use your service again should I need it. I would like to sincerely thank Alice for handling everything with such professionalism and had been very courteous and responsive towards my concerns. Also, working with Tony Asat has been a great experience as well.
