I posted previous feedback and the company responded with information that was not completley factual.

1. Your sales person contacted me from an online inquiry. He quoted me a $695 price, then said he could probably do $650. He called back later in the day and at the time I felt he was the most sincere caller I had dealt with. I specifically asked if that price was "all in" with "no additional charges" He reponded with a yes. Had it been explained at that time that the price could fluctuate on availability of drivers I would have been more understanding. Yes you offered to participate in the higher price, and it would have increased my overall price to $795. Again, had I been informed of the potential increase after I specifically asked if there was any other charges I would have been more understanding.

You do not have a signed contract from me. Your technical difficulties have prevented that. Your email server did not accept it and your fax line did not answer on both December 1 and December 4. If you do hav a signed contract from me show me. The email I sent to you requested accknowledgement of recieving it. If you have the signed contract then you did not acknowlege it as I requested.

"Selling with honor" and "buy and wear well" are something you should aspire to. If I ask your salesperson if there are any additional fees and he reponds with a no, then you ask more you have not achieved selling with honor.

We have moved over 800 cars since May 2014 and numbers do not lie. We have plenty of customers who are extremely happy with us. I apologize you fee the way you do but, everything is documented here. Again, your refund was processed on 12/04/14 and, we wish you luck on your transport! Have a great day and good luck with the other brokers out there!
