Hi,

I recently used your service for my car movement from COLORADO to ILLINOIS state.

I would say overall experience was OK. I wuld have felt extremely happy if I get updates from the company about the date that I will be receiving my car and also the whereabouts of my car.

Te truck driver was prompt(both pick up and delivery) which is amazing.
But the time keep up was not great. I know about the weather conditions, but if the time is kept up, then would really increase the customer satisfaction to a HIGHER level.

Overall I would say its a GOOD service but definitely can improve.
