Horrible Company - Do NOT use!!!

This company is horrible!! I paid them a broker fee to find me a carrier and weeks went by without anyone contacting me! I had to call them a dozen times and every time i did, the customer service agent would tell me they would call me back and never did. I had to keep calling. I was so stressed out as my moving date was only a few days away and i still did not have anyone assigned to pick up my vehicle! Finally i was given a name and number and i could not reach anyone at the number provided. In the end, my car was picked up but i had to make several calls and that is why you pay a broker fee...so that they do the work for you!! Absolutely ridiculous!! The worst part is that once they contacted me, they told me i was nothing but a headache and that i should be lucky that they got me a driver for the price quoted! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I should be lucky that you did your job, something i paid you to do??? Now they are asking me to leave a good review and they will give me a $20 Visa prepaid card. What a joke! I will be sure to leave negative feedback with the Better Business Bureau as well. There are thousands of car brokers out there....be smart and avoid All-Day Auto transport!!! Do not fall for the low quote...that is a scam just to get you to commit and then your car sits on the bottom of the central dispatch board as the truckers select the higher quoted vehicles first.
