I’ve had an excellent experience with this company—twice within the past two months, for two different vehicles and destinations. Both times, the service was seamless and reliable. They are attentive throughout the process, proactively checking in, and consistently responding to emails and calls within the hour.
Kevin Gauthier, the representative I worked with, was outstanding. He is knowledgeable, professional, and highly diligent. He even assisted me in navigating an issue with my insurance company regarding expanded coverage and pay-per-mile terms.
Additionally, I had approximately 400 lbs of extra weight in the vehicle, and the additional charge was very reasonable.
I highly recommend this company, and working directly with Kevin will make the entire process nearly worry-free.
