I wish I never went into a website that gave my information out to about 30 people! Between calls and text these guys were burning my phone up! I honestly was getting so frustrated to the point that I was ready to drive my own vehicles! Then I received a call from Denise, from her opening statement and her pleasant voice I had a hunch to listen to her instead of hanging up. I am glad I went with my gut; she was very easy to talk to and she listened to my ranting about the other guys. I had a lot of questions; she is very knowledgeable and answered every one of them in a professional manner. Out of everyone else I spoke to; she was the only one to take her time in explaining how the car transport works. I was being harassed by so many brokers it was unbelievable! This is one cutthroat industry and brokers were giving each other bad names. I felt that was unprofessional in itself and immediately said I didn't want to do business with them. Denise kept on the subject and never said a bad word about any other Company. from the beginning to end I was kept updated and informed and received a call from Denise once my cars were assigned to a Driver ,she also sent an email with the drivers info and Insurance cert I had requested. On delivery she called and asked how it all went how the driver was etc. I cannot reiterate enough on how pleased I was treated and how professional Denise was through the process. If you need a pro to do this kind of job for you call Denise she has what it takes to get the job done!
