I had never shipped a car before and the onslaught of calls from brokers set off by an inquiry basically freaked me out. They are all telling you the "other" companies will ask for more money, not delivery your car, not show up etc. (which I suppose may be true). Denise was the exceptional exception :) Rather than getting me into a further panic, she calmly described the process and did everything she said she would do. She was in touch with me by phone or email at regular intervals - I felt I was speaking with a friend - not a salesperson. Victor at Big City Transport was the driver who actually took the car from Cape Cod to St. Petersburg, FL. He is a lovely guy - very friendly with college age daughters like me. I had expected a "trucker" like some tough guy from the movies - ha! He took good care of our car and was especially nice when delivering it to my daughter on campus. He couldn't bring the transport truck onto the campus so he unloaded the car elsewhere, drove to the school where he met her at the security gate and took an uber back! I'd give 5 stars for that alone. A great experience all around. I will be using Denise to ship the car back and forth to FL as I find the drive to MA terrifying. Thank you, Denise :)
