5-Star Broker - Holiday Week Transport

I've had vehicles shipped from all over the US for at-least 18-yrs now. I've worked with several brokers during this time- finally getting to a point where I work directly with the Transporters themselves. Still, sometimes my haulers are not available or the route is out of their way ... as happened this time. I needed a pick up in TX with a delivery in NC - timing was critical, and the car was high-end. To make it even more difficult, it was a holiday week! I put out the usually quote requests online & got maybe 20-responses back. All Coast Auto Transport was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive - they landed in my Top-3 to phone back. Upon speaking with Denise, I felt confident that I could rely on this broker to get the job done ~ and they did! Denise provided excellent service with great communication skills. I'll have no second thoughts with using them again in the future.
