From the first email to our final phone call, Kevin was always professional, transparent, and diligent. He was never rushing to get me off the phone or tried to pressure me into giving payment, unlike other agents I was contacted by. He arranged for my car to be picked up SAME DAY (unbelievable!) and even got me a $50 discount from the carrier. Car arrived promptly and in good condition. Kevin picked up every phone call and was in touch to update me along the way. Cannot recommend Kevin highly enough.
