Denise was great to work with! I had two very different experiences shipping our 2 cars (we needed to ship them at separate times). The first driver was awesome- picked the car up on time and delivered it early with no issues. The second driver did pick the car up on time but delivered the car two days late. He also attempted to charge me a fine because his truck was overweight during an inspection and he blamed the personal items that I had packed in my vehicle. Denise was great with helping me handle this issue and made sure I was not charged additional fees. She answered my calls and texts after hours to make sure I got my car back safely which greatly relieved my stress from dealing with this difficult driver. In the transport industry it seems to me that issues with drivers happen quite frequently so having a broker that will go above and beyond to handle difficult issues for you seems to be extremely important. I would highly recommend AllCoastAutoTransport to any of my friends/family looking to ship their vehicles.
