Called to get a quote after seeing their reviews. The price was a tad higher than some of the others, but we're not talking about shipping a DVD or something simple like that, so I figured better to not be cheap here. Got the car booked to ship and we were glad that we would soon have our new vehicle. Got a call from them the day before the pickup telling me the truck they had arranged had broken down and asked if I would like to give that driver a few extra days, or if I wanted them to look for someone else, which is what I had them do. Much to my surprise, not only did they find a new driver the same day, it was an enclosed truck at no extra cost! To top it off, the car actually got here a day early! They called the dealership and arranged everything which was really nice. The truck driver called me to ask if it was ok that he drop it off the evening before the scheduled drop off day which was great, the only gripe that I had was that the car had some type of oily fluid all over the hood (apparently the car above had something leaking), but that was easily dealt with the next day by taking the car to get detailed. So, at the end of the day would I use All Coast Auto Transport again? ABSOLUTELY!
