I have shipped 9 vehicles since August with Denise, every time I utilized her services she has always been honest and upfront with me. She is very personable and has excellent customer service skills. She answers my calls after hours and on her personal time, that in itself says a lot about her. After the 1st time shipping with Denise , I needed to look no further for another Broker. (I have been burnt by several Brokers in the past!) and finding Denise was a blessing . I buy a lot of cars through the auctions , and she gets them out before storage starts. She plays no games and does not beat around the bush on what it takes to move vehicles. I do actually give her a hard time on the pricing but she tries to work with me on my budget. I like her she does not sugar coat and does not promise what she cannot deliver.
