If I can give more stars I would. I contacted Denise after dealing with another broker for 3 weeks who failed to move my truck and failed to answer my calls. I did check out Transport Reviews before calling Denise. Was this girl for real are these reviews for real? Well I made the call to her to find out myself . Denise immediately impressed me, after telling her about my ordeal with the other Broker , she said don't worry I will get this done for you. Within a few hours she called me and it's done , your truck is dispatched to a carrier! I was shocked! I had doubted her but next thing I know I have a dispatch and drivers Insurance information. I enjoyed talking to Denise , she is very easygoing and very cheerful and knows a lot about this business., there was no rushing me off the phone or pushing me into putting an order in with her. She called me when the truck was picked up and informed me that the carrier would call me anywhere from a couple of hours to 24 hours in advance. If you want something done , here is your lady to go to! I will use and refer her to anyone I know needs a transport service. This lady is a gem!
