First and foremost, I received a timely response to my quote request from online. First person I spoke with was Thomas. He was very polite and helpful with helping me understand the entire shipping process, the do's and don'ts, what is acceptable and what is not when it comes to choosing a shipping company. This was helpful since I had received several emails pertaining to shipping my cobalt from Georgia to New Jersey. I was unmistakably going to choose All Coast Auto Transport because they were the most thoroughly knowledged among the crowd. The only downside to this whole thing was the email flooding lol. After speaking with Thomas, I was forwarded to Jose. I believe his last name is Lopez but I'm not sure- but I will find out because he was the reason I was as satisfied as I was. My first and only problem began when I tried to pay the deposit online and was not able to. Jose called me and talked me through the process and we even had a personal conversation about the neighborhood I was shipping my car from and I found out that he had family nearby. I have to admit, I was a bit taken aback about having to speak with someone over the phone about processing my payment but Jose's entire demeanor change that very quickly. He was very personable and very pleasant to speak with. I felt like I was speaking to a person that cared about the quality of my service versus any type of commission received and for that I am very grateful. After I was assigned a carrier I received another call from Jose. He initially called to see if I wanted to ship my car earlier than I had scheduled because initially I wanted my car in New Jersey on the first of November but at the time I set my date with Thomas it was not possible. Jose informed me that there was a carrier that could do so on or before the first of November which was great. Sadly, I missed his call because I was working. When I called him back I assumed it was too late to take him up on his offer to have my car delivered by the 1st of November. Well, I was mistaken. Jose quickly informed me that he would give me a call back as soon as he located the carrier that was interested in delivering my car on time. Less than 30 minutes later I received a call confirming that a carrier would be able to pick up my car the same day in a matter of hours from the time we spoke. If that's not exceptional customer service, I don't know what it is! Jose made this entire experience for me simple, convenient, and very very satisfying.. If I ever have to ship another car I will definitely call All Coast Auto Transport and I will absolutely make sure that I speak to Jose. Thank you again, and a special thank you to Jose Lopez. You made this move a whole lot easier :-)
