As a first time auto shipper, I was some what reluctant to confirm my order as I was contacted by nine companies each with the approximate shipping costs but no one offered me the comfort level provided by Stephen.

Stephen took the time to walk me through the entire process, followed up with effective e-mail messages and allowed me the opportunity to question each and every step involved in shipping my daughter's car back to college.

Once I selected All Coast Auto Transport, Stephen and his dispatchers continued to provide us with professionalism, honesty and timely responses to my calls and questions.

Upon delivery in New York, the driver continued with the same high level of customer service. He called the evening prior to delivery and again the morning of delivery to confirm the time. My family in NY reports he was also friendly and professional.

Would I use ALL COAST AUTO TRANSPORT again? YOU BET and I plan to continue to use them as long as my daughter continues her college career up north
