Never picked up untill I called Jon and All Coast.

My name is Lt. Fowler I am a Lieutenant in the United States Army and I had an excellent experience with Jon and All Coast Auto Transport. I was moving my 2006 Ford F150 pickup from Fort Bragg NC to Fort Irwin CA and my truck was picked up on time and dropped off on time. Now that's a much bigger accomplishment then it might sound, first off I spoke with Jon back in July about shipping my truck after hearing everything about how it works, which Jon explained very well, he quoted me $1375 ($25 off for a military discount) and I told him it was to high, a big mistake. He then tried to explain to me about how companies send out low quotes just to get your deposit and raise the price late, I again turned him down and ended the phone call. I received a call back from him about 3 days later when he called to check in and see if I researched the companies and made a decision yet. I then explained that I had a quote for $950 and that I decided to go with that company, and I did just that. Jon, again, tried to tell me that "it was impossible to move my pickup truck 2500 miles for that price, I should have listened. I set my pickup date for August 5th with Rite-way auto. August 1st rolls around and Jon calls to see if it got picked up I told him it was for the 5th and the price was still $950, he said he would call back on the 5th to see. Well the 5th came around and the only transport guy that called was Jon. At this point Rite-way auto would not return my calls or answer the phone. I then asked him what he could do to help. I had to be in CA in a week. He quoted me the $1375 still and said he could get it in 5-7 days. I tried wrong-way 1 more time and waited a day, no luck, I called and reserved with Jon immediately. 2 days later I heard from Denise, also very nice, and she said my driver would be there the next day to pick it up, I was shocked. I meet the driver a day later outside the base for pickup and there he was. He picked it up and delivered it 9 days later in perfect condition other than some dust. I paid the driver $1200 and he left. I am very grateful to All Coast and Jon for this, I was on a time-line with orders from the Army and Jon made it happen I arrived a few days before my truck and everything worked out. I will recommend him to everyone on base and use them myself for future transports. Thanks again Jon and Denise you 2 are amazing.
