When I decided to send my car to my brother-in-law as a wedding gift, I was skeptical about the process. I submitted my needs to a general site and within 24 hours received about 20 responses. Only 2 bothered to call, John for All Coast Auto Transport and George from Duo Transport.

I spoke with George 1st. Nice guy but seemed like a typical Miami salesman( I live there before so I know the type). Then John called. To start he has a gentle and understanding tone. He explained every aspect of the process and answered every question professionally and in great detail. The last thing he told me was that no matter what company I choose, go to the Dept. of Trans. website and check for insurance and reviews.

I did and was concerned about some of the "horror" stories. So I had another extensive conversation with John and he again set em at ease. So I confirmed the booking at about 9:45 am on Monday. By 11:30 am I had a confirmed driver. The driver picked up at 2:00, arriving about 10 minutes early. Jorge was very nice. He delivered my car to it's destination at 10:00 am on Wednesday.

I was completely blown away at how smooth everything went, and should I ever need to transport again, absolutely I will use All Coast Auto Transport again!!

FYI, yes I was asked to do this review, but I was looking to do a review anyway so that in NO WAY influenced my write-up!
