This order placed on December 26th. There is NO way this customer was told he would have a pick-up in 24 hours! Our customers are contacted within 24 hours to verify their information on their order is correct. Like in this case, the customer used in incorrect phone number an email address during their initial inquiry. The quotes we provide are automated by Central Dispatch using carrier prices for recent transports from closest pick up and drop off cities. This vehicle was transported 2236 miles from Reno, NV to Spring Hill FL in a VERY reasonable time frame; especially during a holiday week were most carriers are not transporting and spending time with their families. The pick-up location was changed to Reno after numerous unsuccessful attempts to locate a carrier willing to risk dangerous travel into the mountain area. Our reviews are 99.9 percent positive. With the extremely high number of transports we arrange however, we do from time to time have to incur a negative review posted by an extremely unreasonable person with ridiculous expectations. We are sure any reasonable person would agree.
