This customer placed his order with our company on 4-4-12. He indicated the vehicle was ready at any time for pick up and that he needed it to be delivered no later than the 19th. We dispatched this vehicle to a carrier on the same day we took the order for immediate pick-up. The customer cancelled indicating the car was not ready. He then changed his 1st available pick-up date to the 6th. We once again dispatched this vehicle to a carrier for pick-up on the 6th. The customer cancelled AGAIN stating the car would now not be ready for pick-up until the 18th. And get this; he wants it transported and delivered on the 18th! His secretary has also confirmed that the original shippers invoice sent at the time the order was placed did indeed reflect this customer's requested pick up date of 4-4-12. Even after realizing it was hs error and not ours, he will not remove this unfounded review.
