This customer placed an order with our company to locate a carrier to transport an inoperable vehicle. Less than ten percent of transport carriers are equipped to transport an inoperable vehicle. Our terms and conditions signed by this cardholder clearly states that we are unable to guarantee pick up or delivery on specific date and or time. This customer may have contacted their company to dispute their credit card charge on the 11-8-12, but are company was not notified of this dispute by our credit card merchant until well after we dispatched her vehicle for pick-up on 11-10-12. Contrary to this customers claim, we have done business with the dispatched transport carrier and the owner of that company has assured our company that he has never provided anyone a letter disputing our relationship regarding this transport order or any prior transport order with our company.
