For starters let me just say I am one of the world's biggest skeptics... that being said I loved being proved wrong. If All Coast were a movie they would be getting an Oscar in multiple categories. The first one would be for being the first company to adhere to their word. I must have talked to at least 50 companies in a 2 day span all of them telling me various sales pitches and price quotes. By the time Osei (whose name I later found out means noble king) called me I didn't care what he had to say I just wanted the bottom line. He calmly addressed me by first name like we were friends since grade school and said "no problem, I just need to ask you a few questions to make sure I am giving the absolute best quote" he then proceeded to inform me how simple transporting vehicles across country can be and made a funny joke about worrying which honestly eased my tension. I could tell he was smiling just by the sound of his voice, this is a minor detail but it made me smile and feel more relaxed about this whole experience especially since I was having a terrible day prior to this phone call. Although he seemed a little long winded it was all knowledge and I felt like I had complete control over a cause that almost seemed lost. To make a long story short he didn't pressure me into booking, but instead did the exact opposite and said he knew I was still shopping around and would email the quote to me to think about it. Well I thought for several days, meanwhile the quotes kept coming in. Some were actually a fraction lower, but in the end he was the first person who I talked to that felt like they actually had a personality. I shipped two vehicles with All Coast and they were more than on time with the pickup and delivery. I had a couple of logistic changes and Helen and Denise in dispatch were AWESOME at helping me get my car babies safely home to me.
I will definitely use them in a few months to ship back to California.
