We were extremely pleased with the whole experience from the initial phone conversation with Jose through the delivery of my sister's car. She passed away earlier this year. The car meant a lot to her and we wanted to keep it. Everyone was so kind and understanding throughout the process. In fact, they had an "earlier" pickup date that I eagerly agreed to, but I had to quickly cancel since the vehicle was blocked in by a roll-off dumpster. I fully expected to pay a fine or penalty, but was delighted that that was not the case. After all, I agreed to the date, they booked a driver, but when I went to confirm it, I found out the dumpster was blocking the way. So, the office reset the date, which was just a few days away, and I was able to have the dumpster moved, the car was transported and delivered to us the Friday after Thanksgiving. Everything was handled by phone from Oregon, the car was in Arizona.
"Old Blue", as my sister affectionately referred to her '94 Toyota Corolla as, arrived in great shape, it was an older car to begin with, but the driver took good care of it. All Coast Auto Transport made it a very efficient and rewarding experience. thanks to everyone involved, a "part" of my sister is now in Oregon.
