I want to thank All Coast Auto Transport for transporting my Audi from MA to CA. Their service was outstanding from the beginning of the process through the very end of the process. When placing my order my customer service rep Sabrina explained all the details thoroughly, everything explained happened just as she said. I received a welcome email with the details of my order and was asked to verify the details for accuracy needless to say everything was correct. Then she told me I would hear from dispatch 24 hour prior to pick-up with all the information regarding the selected Carrier including the phone number to the driver. Sure enough I received a phone call from Helen in dispatch who explained to me in detail everything about the carrier and prepared me as well called my contact person at the pick-up location so they would be well informed and prepared for the pick-up. Next I heard from the driver and the next thing you know my car was pick-up and deliver within the time frame selected. I can't say enough about how All Coast handled my vehicle transport. Perfection at it's best!

I will always use All Coast moving forward and will be sure to recommend them to my friends and family.
