I had a car moved from NY to Florida. I dealt with Denise in searching for a truck for me. I have to admit she had her job cut out for her. I did'nt know that the car was in an area that these trucks could not get into. Although I was quoted one price I definitley understood after Denise explained to me about the area it was in ,bridges, small streets etc, they had to raise the price to get my vechicle out of this area of Queens. I actually pulled the address up on Google and seen for myself ,Denise was being truthful. It took a little longer than I had anticipated but understandable considering the circumstances car did'nt run, it could'nt be driven out into an area where the truck could load it up etc. I was constantly calling Denise to get updates and she was always helpful and very patient with me and let me know exactly what was going on, good or bad. I will be using this company again to have the vechicle transported back to NY.
