It was a great pleasure working with All Coast Auto Transport. My customer service rep Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and explained all the details regarding my transport. I have to admit I was very nervous because this was the very first time I transport a vehicle. Right from the beginning to the end of the process I was thoroughly informed of every step. Once my order was processed by Andrew, I was notified by the dispatch department who reviewed my order to ensure all the information was accurate. Helen and Denise who worked in the dispatch department continued to update me with the status of my order, they were both very helpful and put me at ease during the process. I was amazed and extremely impressed with the level of customer service I was provided from all of the people that worked for All Coast....My car was pick-up and delivered on time and I was very happy that I made the choice to use All Coast for my Mercedes transport.
