everything went ok. Had some trouble but got resolved after all. Please choose your driver carefully. And explain throughly about the gas card. the first driver you guys sent out was told the gas card was a fraud......i dont know the misunderstanding on that but please verify that info before sending out drivers to pick up customer's car. But i do like the second driver you guys sent out was very professional and prompt on time. so thank you for the 2nd driver.
