I had to get a car sent from Houston to relatives in San Francisco. I was leaving for a trip outside the city, while the people getting the car would not be available prior to a certain date. This left only a narrow window of time at my end and another narrow window at the delivery end. I contacted Leo at All American Transport and explained the problem. Within 24 hours he managed to locate and confirm a driver for door to door pick up and delivery within the stated dates. Leo saved me money by not having the car dropped off at a central point, but picked up at my house. San Francisco city has strict rules about heavy trucks being limited to specific routes. Mike Brown, the driver, had lived in the city and knew exactly how to get the car to the door of the apartment and keep within the rules. There was no damage to the car and the entire experience was very smooth. The prices were reasonable and competitive compared to other brokers. I particularly appreciated the fact that they did not charge my credit card till the time the car was picked up. A lot of companies seem to insist on a deposit even if they cannot find a driver for the time slots. Leo did more than expected and kept in touch through out. If I need their services again I would certainly use this company. For the sake of the record, this is an unsolicited review.
