Priscilla was an absolute wonderful person to work with throughout the entire shipping process. She was available every time I called her location for information and status. I was kept totally informed of every step of the process. She was courteous, pleasant, articulate, and always responsive to my requests, even, on occasion, after her work shift had ended.

Priscilla should get the employee of the month Award just for the activity she put into my shipment. Thank you Priscilla.
