Price was very good after shopping this around. $895 Coast to Coast inclusive of broker's fee was better than I thought I would get.
Trucking company was very good; some difficultly with command of English but that goes with the territory. Sonic Transport should receive an excellent rating.
However Vivian the broker's representative was unresponsive, especially after she collected her broker's fee. She scheduled my truck for pickup without informing me of the date; if I didn't rattle the cage I would have never received the confirmation email the shipping information. As it was, I had to cancel multiple appts. since they were so late in getting this info to me. A perfunctory email apology blaming it on the "dispatcher" was of no help.
Most egregious of all was Vivians not returning email AND voicemail on the day of my vehicle pickup...nothing, nada, even though I contacted her in the AM Florida time. I am wondering where those positive reviews came from (shills?) if this is the level of customer service she provides.
So , vehicle got there, on time, good trucking company, fairly useless broker...make sure you know that going in if you get quoted by this company.
