This was my first time shipping my car, and I'm not going to lie, I was really nervous. Not only was I getting my car shipped across the country, but it was getting shipped over seas to Hawaii. I searched online and received some quotes. The best quote I got was from All American Transport. Then, I received a phone call from Byron Taplin, real nice guy, very informative, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and kept in touch with the whole process. The directions sound complicating at first, but it was actually pretty easy. First you give them a date of which you want your car picked up, second you give them a deposit, but it doesn't get charged until your car gets picked up. Then, when the truck driver comes to pick up your car you give him the money order and go over a vehicle inspection together. Once your car is on its way to MATSON, you just give them a call and pay them over the phone. It's a process, but it all makes sense in the end. I would recommend using All American Transport. When I got my car in Hawaii, there was not a scratch or dent on it. Plus, you get a free car wash.
