I have never shipped a vehicle before and was super nervous after reading all the horror stories. I have to say it was super easy and straight forward. I worked with Vivian and she was really nice. I was the one who created the problems, I must have changed my leave dates at least 3 times and on the last change I actually moved up the pick-up time. Vivian didn't have a problem with it at all! The truck driver was also very nice and made me feel calm. He called to let me know when he would arrive and called to let us know when he was going to deliver. I would definitely use Vivian at All American Transport again!
