Did not have proper equipment to load and unload my vehicle

My vehicle was disabled and in GA and I needed to get it to CA. I was told that it would cost me additionally for having a disabled vehicle because the truck would need special equipment to load and unload my vehicle. it seem reasonable to me so I paid the additional fee. My conditions for this transport where:
vehicle will not run
vehicle must be picked up in between 8am-5pm Mon to Fri
vehicle must be dropped of between 8am-5pm

My vehicle was pickup on time and from what i heard with no issues (I was not present at pick up). a few days later the driver contacted me to tell me he would be there the following day at 2pm. I told the driver my situation. I needed the car delivered before storage would close, he said "no problem". the driver showed up at 6pm the next day and storage was closed. I had to make an alternate plan and delivered the vehicle to my residence instead. when he finally showed up his winch was not working. so a couple of my friends tried helping by pushing the car out, well it did not work. the driver then told me to tow my vehicle of his truck with my other car. I said no but i had no other option well that did not work either. so then he unloaded somebody truck that he was transporting and used that to tow my car off his truck. all and all it took over 3 hours to unload my vehicle.
I contacted all American transport to tell them what happened and they said it was not their fault and that he would talk to his manager and call me back. they never called me back and every time I call my calls are ignored.
I think what they did is very shady and the fact that they don't stand by their own shipping agreements.
I would never use them again and i would not recommend them to anybody, shipping companies are so competitive I think your better of with somebody else
