Terrible, terrible company!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Short story is.....I had them ship my brand new Honda S2000 off the showroom floor at the Honda Dealership from San Francisco to Birmingham. The rag top was damaged since they put the car on the top and supposably fuel lines at refueling locations caused the damage. Their response was: "it's a problem between you and the trucker we hired to transport it for you. He has insurance and I hope you do to." Yes, I have insurance but I have a deductable and the roof was brand new. The car only had 100 miles on it!The trucker offered to take the car to ABRA to fix it. They refused to have a Honda dealership fix the issue. Beware, rag tops must be installed perfectly or you will have wind noise, etc. In the end All American refused to get involved, resolve the situation or pay any of the expenses. They got their money and forgot about the reason why they were hired.

Mr. Corser, The shipment you are talking about took place 4 years ago. Your car was picked up on August 8th, 2009. Andres B and Jeff Warren have not worked with us in almost 4 years. I am sorry you had a bad experience with us back then but no one currently working in this office was working here August of 2009. Although we have the same name still, this is a completely different company than it was back then as you can tell from our hundreds of stellar reviews received since then.
