I needed an expedited shipment of my car during a recent move. We made the decision last minute to ship the car vs. drive it. I had originally signed up with another company who had verbally committed to meet my pickup deadline. The day before pickup I called them, left voice mail and emailed them. They were not responding to me. Meanwhile, Mike from All American Transport had called me trying to get my business. He had indicated I should call him if anything went wrong with the carrier I had booked. I called him late in the day on Tuesday and he called me Wednesday to tell me he had found someone to pick up my car. They were on the road and a little late by the time they got to me but we were so glad to have gotten the issue resolved, it was ok. Mike had given me the dispatcher's direct number and the dispatcher stayed in touch with us continuously until our car had been picked up. I would recommend All American Transport. My car was at its destination (12 hrs away) by noon the next day! Less than 24 hours. Safe and sound.
