My vehicle was delivered safely, on time and hassle-free to my door, making it the easier part of shipping my stuff from GA to MA. Though the pick up was a day later than advised, the delivery date remained unchanged. I was particularly pleased with the customer service from Keith who was not only courteous, but spelled out in detail every step of the process, and kept me abreast of the progress they were making in getting a carrier for my car. He accomodated and advised me on the best timing options based on my schedule. Overall I was very pleased with the whole process and would recommend this company to anyone, especially a novice like me, looking to ship their vehicle!
