The move was scheduled during a very busy time (day after Easter) and unfortunatley the JMT driver was injured over the weekend and a sub had to be found - thus the pickup was 2 days late. This was not a problem except for the fact that JMT Transport did not communicate very well. I went back to Justin at All American and he got me the information I needed. The rating of 4 versus 5 is due to communications not being as good as I would have liked. Ohter than that, the move was a good one.
On a side note, I received a quote from Transport Connection $250 higher than AAT; when I nicely informed them that I would not be using their services, I received the following email back- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
"Yes, much to your dismay, I am the absolute best. But I don't cater to Wal-Mart mentality idiots like you. So you were lucky THIS time and were able to find a carrier who was interested in doing charity work. Big deal. Good for you. Now you can go stiff a few waiters and feel even more like you came out ahead in life. Cheap idiot.
