This is the second time I've shipped a car using AAAT. The first time was Chicago to Hawaii, this time was Hawaii to Florida. AAAT has no control over the sea journey and Matson took its sweet time shipping (3 weeks), but the process is easy, all of the paperwork was ready at the Matson shipping office when I went ot the Port of Hilo. On the West Coast, the car was promptly picked up on the first available date (Monday) by AAAT. It was delivered in Orlando that Saturday. My d/h said the delivery process was painless. The driver arranged to meet him at a nearby shopping center, and he drove the car to our home, and my d/h drove the driver back to his truck. The whole process was as smooth as could be. I would NEVER ship my car with any other company. The service is efficient and the contact people are friendly. TWO THUMBS UP!!!
