In response to Paul and his complaint, we never heard from this customer that he had any damage to his vehicle at delivery. If he has a legitimate damage claim that was signed at delivery, I am sure we would have heard from him so that we could go thru the claim process of getting it fixed which would be covered under the insurance.
I must honestly say that the amount of dirt that he is saying was on his car sounds quite exaggerated. These cars are loaded on a double decker carrier, and are high off of the ground. The only caveat was that he also happened to be shipping his car from Wisconsin where there was heavy snow at that time with I am sure much salt on the road.
