We need to explain the whole story for this customer. He placed his order with us for transport from Maryland to Colorado on the 3rd of July. He made it available to transport as early as the 9th, but required that it not be delivered before the 18th. He gave us ample time to find a carrier and we had several that were interested however they would all be in Colorado well before the customer would arrive and we had to pass. When we did find a carrier that would be able to work with his deliver after date the customer had already contacted another Broker to work with. We gave him the option of keeping it with us as we had a carrier who would deliver the car the day after he arrived. He chose to go some where else. We refunded him his money and we wish him the best with his transport. Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied but frustration goes both ways when a customer is unwilling to listen to your perspective.
