We are sorry that we were not able to line up a carrier for this customer. We tell our customers that we normally need a 1 to 3 day window to have a carrier assigned. However in this case the customer was shipping on a very busy travel lane from southern California to Texas and the carriers were back logged. We informed the customer of their options to have an alternate contact available to pickup the car from or to increase the amount to facilitate picking it up.
Once again we are sorry that we were not able to meet our customers transportation needs.
