Shipping one of our trucks so we could drive together

While living in Seattle, WA, my wife and I were offered positions in Denver, CO. We had two trucks, and were thinking of driving them seperately. With the snowy season in full effect, we reconsidered and looked into shipping one of them. We didn't not have much time, but thought we would give it a try. We located All American Hauling Transport via the internet and gave them a call. Mike answered, gave me a more then reasonable quote and said that he could have our vehicle picked up within the next two days. Being in the middle of the city, it was a bit of a task to have the driver of the carrier pull up in front of our building. So when he contacted us (when he was within a half hour of where we lived), we set up a spot that was easy for me to meet him down the block from our place and easy for the truck to not have to block to much traffic. We inspected our truck together and got her on board the hauler. I was given all of the pick up info by Mike over the phone when we first arranged for transport. We took our time getting to Colorado, stopping in a few spots along the way. We contacted the folks that received the vehicle and arranged a pickup time. When we arrived, our truck was parked outside the gated lot and our contact person was there to hand over the keys.

We felt much better making the journey together in the one vehicle. And we could not have had things go any smoother then they did. We will most likely be relocated within a years time and will surely utilize this All American in the future. The process is very straight forward and if you account for the feul that you would be spending and the milage that you would be putting on your vehicle alone, the service is well worth it.
