Im still waiting for a pick up

I was supposed to have my car picked up thursday, then promised friday, now promised Saturday. Its 4pm and I'm am waiting. All the numbers i have to call are going to voice mail as it is a weekend. I leave for Connecticut on Monday and was supposed to have my car there by Monday at the latest. Communication with this company is terrible. They blamed the dispatch person. I spoke to the dispatch person and even though AAT told me they would pick up thursday or friday they told the dispatcher it was a 4 day window. Never again.
