I contacted them to have a car shipped from NY to CA. They jerked me around from the beginning. The car was supposed to be picked the end of March. By mid April it was still in NY. Everytime I called to check the status they never had any answers and claimed they would call me back but never did. One time I called and I asked someone to tell me what the status of my shipment was instead of putting me on hold he set the phone down on his desk walked away and didn't return. After a few minuets I called back and spoke with someone else. When I explained what had happened he said "oh yeah that guy just put the phone down on my desk and walked out of the office. I don't know what he is doing." George and Fred in the Transportation dept were incredibly unhelpful, and when i called to cancel the pick up they actually had the nerve to try and charge me a $75.00 cancellation fee. Not to mention Ben in the Sales department sent me two different contracts with two different prices. One of which was a hundred dollars more than the first.
