I was very impressed with this company. My situation is probably different than most in that I am overseas and had a vehicle picked up at a dealer to be delivered to my house in the States. The service was almost too fast. I had a week figured in to allow the dealer time to prep, but much of that was taken up in getting a fax to actually transmit to TN. Once it transmitted, they had a truck assigned almost immediately -- normally, a good news story. Unfortunately, the truck had brake problems. Agape let me know quickly. It took several more days to get another truck assigned. Once it was assigned, they scheduled the pickup for the next day, but I was traveling (thank God for laptops and WiFi!!). Fortunately, both the dealer and the persons receiving the truck for me were able to scramble and take care of the shipment. So, I am extremely happy with the service. It was just my personal circumstances that resulted in outstanding service creating a bit of stress. Candie,the service rep, was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again.
