ok price, not ok delivery time

I told them my el camino would be ready on a friday. they said it might be 2-3 days for pick up. 7 days later i called them to see what was taking them so long, and they told me that it would be picked up on saturday (8 days after it was first ready). then they told me it was scheduled to be dropped off on tuesday. instead they came on monday.
when they got there, they told me that their pick up and delivery dates were different from what i was told on the phone.
car was not damaged/hurt/nothing was taken from it. it is a 1978 el camino so i was worried about transporting a classic vehicle, but it happened without incident.
the price was on the lower end of the average.
i might consider using them again if it wont take as long and its not so confusing next time
