Agape Transport (TN) picked up as promised. They were a welcome change from American Auto Transport (Florida firm) who promised much and delivered nothing. You can count on Agape to provide a quote, the documentation, and the pickup and delivery. What I didn't understand is that virtually all of these transport companies are brokers who negotiate with the truckers on price and pick up. The first firm I contacted and struck a deal with (American Auto Transport) left me with the impression they have their own fleet of trucks and thus were far better than the other companies out there and could provide stellar service. However, American Auto never made the agreed to pickup date and kept asking for more money to "sweeten the deal". I realized then they were just a broker and turned to Agape Transport who were honest, forthright, and dependable. I will certainly use Agape Transport again. My son-in-law's car arrived in West Hollywood dirty (understandably, from the long trip in an open hauler) but undamaged. The driver (Boris, a Russian) picked the car up in Loxley, Al and delivered it himself in West Hollywood. Nice guy. Pat is the Agape Broker lady. She was great!
