Transport my broke down company service truck from jobsite back to shop

The jobsite is 200 miles from our shop. The guys were about 5 miles from the site when the engine threw a rod. Truck on the side of the road, dead in the water. Got a quick tow to the job site parking area by a local tow truck company. I located AGAPE AUTO TRANSPORT and called and got connected to Cali, account manager at AGAPE, and told her my situation. She took all my info and said she would contact me as soon as she located an available carrier. This was Friday morning. Friday afternoon Cali notified me via email a carrier was available the next day. I contacted the carrier by phone, firmed up the details, and by Saterday afternoon I had the service truck back at my shop. No hassle.
